We maintain a broad keyword library to improve discoverability on search platforms. This keyword corpus is generic and not tied to personal user identity.

4. User disclaimer (buyer-side risk controls)

• Users must provide genuine identity/contact details when placing booking requests.
• Fake bookings, false payment claims, abusive calls/messages, or impersonation are treated as misuse.
• On verified misuse, user access may be blocked and related logs may be shared with legal authorities when required by law.

5. Buyer disclaimer

• Buyers must verify supplier quality, material specs, and price before payment.
• GraminHub acts as a discovery and booking platform and does not guarantee third-party supplier performance.
• For large orders, buyers should use written confirmations and GST/legal invoices where applicable.

6. Supplier disclaimer

• Suppliers are responsible for lawful listings, correct pricing, and truthful availability.
• Supplier contact data shown on the platform is intended only for business booking communication.
• Repeated fraudulent activity, spam, or abuse may lead to profile block/removal by admin.
